Holiday Cookie Decorating
This is your chance to show off the skills that made your holiday sweets famous! What better way to channel your spirit than by decorating your own treat? Bring the family and join us as we pipe frosted Christmas trees or place chocolate chips for snowman eyes. Express your seasonal cheer and inspire your neighbors.
Holiday Gift Wrapping
It happens to the best of us – we remembered to get everyone presents, but we forgot to check our wrapping supplies from last year. Nothing sinks our holiday cheer like an unexpected hunt for scotch tape. Thankfully, you’ve got a better option in your Bayshore community.
We’ll be setting up gift wrap stations in your community’s office or clubhouse. Bring your gifts and use our supplies, including gift wrap, tape, scissors, gift tags, bows, ribbons, and more!
Annual Holiday Lighting Contest
There’s a special pride in having the brightest home on the block. Naturally, we’re all biased when it comes to our decorating skills. This year, you can put your megawatts where your mouth is by competing in our Annual Holiday Lighting Contest!
Judging starts on the evening of Friday, December 20th 2024. Three winners will be chosen to receive a 1st prize of $100, a 2nd prize of $75, and a 3rd prize of $50. Winners will be notified, but please remember that bragging rights expire this time next year!
Please take special precautions when using ladders and working around electricity.

Hot Cocoa Bar
On chilly winter mornings, few things wake us up and put cheer in our hearts quite like hot cocoa. But who has the time to gather all the ingredients and prepare it? At your Bayshore community, we’ve got you covered.
Stop by your front office or clubhouse and check out our hot cocoa stations, complete with all your favorite flavors and toppings.
Breakfast on the Go
After the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, we could all use a break and a helping hand. Fuel up for your day by keeping an eye out for breakfast on the go! We’ll have a tasty breakfast bite ready for you on your way out, so make sure to stop by and grab yours!
